These Terms govern the use of Showroom365.in, a service operated by BRUsoft, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”).
We build and host digital showroom microsites for member businesses on annual subscription. Plans, inclusions and prices are stated on the Pricing page. All prices are exclusive of GST.
Members warrant that all business information, product data, images and offers supplied to us are accurate, lawful, and owned by or licensed to them, including trademark and copyright permissions for branded goods. Members are solely responsible for the products they sell and for honouring offers displayed on their microsite.
Showroom365.in is a catalogue and enquiry platform. We do not sell products, process orders or payments between buyers and sellers, and are not a party to any transaction between a member and its customers. Enquiries are forwarded directly to the member via WhatsApp or phone.
We may unpublish content that is unlawful, infringing or misleading, upon notice or complaint, following our grievance process.
Subscriptions run for twelve months from go-live and renew on payment. Microsites of unrenewed subscriptions are unpublished at term end; member data is returned on request.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
